We are a sustainable personal shopping service that repurposes donated clothing to curate and design capsule wardrobes. Donated items are carefully crafted into capsule wardrobes, to provide clients with a sustainable shopping alternative to fast fashion. Clients will first engage with our service online by taking a quiz to outline their personal style and continue to collaborate with the stylists to develop their ideal wardrobe.

Our Story

The overconsumption of fashion garments is a leading and exponential threat to our environment that continues to contribute to the acceleration of climate change. In response to this, our concept aims to promote sustainable practices in the fashion industry and encourage a circular fashion economy through the repurposing of clothes. Used and donated clothing will be the foundation of the sustainable service model and will be used to curate small, tightly refined collections of interchangeable clothes.

Clients will engage with the service online, taking a quiz to help the personal shopper understand their style and preferences, and then collaborate with the stylist to develop their capsule wardrobe. Stylists will stay in contact and consult with the client throughout the design process through our Reloop mobile application. Since the service operates on donations, those who donate clothes will receive a discount on any capsule wardrobe design services.

Services

To use our service, firstly send off any unwanted clothing items, where they will be collected and potentially reworked. Donated clothing items will be revamped and then sold to consumers in a small collection of useful clothing with the goal of preventing the overproduction of fast fashion and reducing overconsumption.

How to get a promo

For each piece of clothing you donate, you are eligible to earn a 10% discount towards your next order with Reloop. This acts as an incentive to donate any clothes that you don't wear anymore!

What to do with your promo

Once you receive your 10% discount (located in your email inbox or your Reloop account), you have a specific code to use as a promo before placing an order.

Our quiz will allow the algorithm to better understand your style and preferences. Also, you can speak with our stylists to develop a specific collection catered to you!
